Quotes are valid for 28 days and are liable for change if garment or printing prices change within that time. After 28 days a new quote will be issued. 


Printing can only be as good as the artwork. id67 will not be responsible for poor quality printing due to poor artwork.

id67 is not responsible for any misspellings, errors, or issues in your art file. We do our best to catch these errors and point them out to you, but we do not catch them all. If it is in your art file and on your approval, that is how we will print it.

Colours will be taken from our standard colour chart unless a Pantone mix is requested at an extra price. Pantone mixes will have a 5% discrepancy.

Please read thoroughly all proofs, once passed, are deemed correct and ready to go to print, and the responsibility passes to the customer. We will not be held responsible for any mistakes, viewing, spelling, punctuation, contact details or layout.

Artwork must be checked for spelling, colour, sizes ordered, placement of the art and accuracy of artwork by the customer. It is very important to look over every detail of the proof, as this is how your garments will print. id67 will not accept responsibility for corrections not implemented and/or requested after artwork approval. Any modifications requested after customer approval will result in production delays and additional expenses for which the client will be invoiced accordingly. Any delays in the approval process longer than 24 hours after receipt of the proof can/will result in production delays.

id67 will accept no responsibility or liability for the illegal production of copyright or registered designs or motifs. Always ensure that you have permission of the copyright holder or trademark owner where applicable to commission such design programs for your machines. id67 supplies design in good faith and for lawful purposes only.

Third Party Suppliers

id67 will not be responsible for items that are out of stock. While we check items we know to have potential stock issues, all garments are ordered after your order is placed, and we cannot guarantee their availability. If items are out of stock, we will provide you with a list of possible replacements and get it approved by you before using your chosen item.

id67 is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as colour inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose/inconsistent stitching, and/or garment defects (holes in garments, ripped seams, etc.). We try our hardest to inspect the garments as we print them, but we cannot guarantee each garment. We are not the manufacturers of these garments, so we cannot ensure their construction. We highly recommend ordering 5% extra of each size if an exact count is important.

We can accept no responsibility for damage on customers own garments. Orders taken for work on customers own garments will be at their risk. No refunds or discounts will be applied to any damaged goods.


Payment must in advance of printing. Details of how to pay can be found on the invoice issued.

Dispute Resolution

All defective work must be returned to us before replacement, if the subject work is not available we will assume that it has been accepted and no replacement will be provided.

id67 requires any printing to be returned in full before agreeing to reprint. If id67 deem the printing to be of sufficient quality, and within tolerance we reserve the right to return the goods and refuse a reprint or refund.

There is no way to effectively and efficiently measure a distance from the collar on each shirt as each garment is loaded onto the press by hand. If you request a shirt that is 3 inches down from the collar, we will use that as a guide and do our best to make sure that all shirts hit that target, but not all shirts will hit exactly at 3 inches, they may be off by as much as an inch in either direction. This will not be considered a misprint and id67 will not reprint or refund these shirts.

Any changes in quantity ordered must be made in writing to us prior to commencement of processing. Any increases in the order must be regarded as a separate contract unless written notification is received before work commences on the original order.

Complaints must be made within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Any complaints made after this time period are void of any right to refund or reprint. 

Turn around

The turn around time on your order with id67 starts when we have all information required to complete your order (all artwork, working/correct tags, all shipping info, etc.). Delay in receipt of any of this info can/will result in production delays. Complex orders/add-ons may increase turnaround. Delay in approval of proofs can/will also result in production delays. Each finishing service will add extra time to the turn around on orders.
