When you only need a short run of a multi-coloured design DTG or DTF Printing is the ideal way to go about it
DTG and DTF with no set up costs so long as the artwork is workable. These precessors don’t involve screens etc so are a good money saving way to get you business or project going. This is also a great way to sample a design on a garment before screen printing.
DTG (Direct to garment) is like a giant inkjet printer so no limit on colours and with excellent detail. Very little setup time is required, making it perfect for even small-quantity orders. If necessary, you can easily get a single shirt printed. Also handy if you want the same design on smaller garments as it can be scaled down so no need to pay for more screens as you would with screen printing.
This is eco-friendly water-based, non-toxic inks, reduces water consumption and waste that works best on 100% cotton garments.
DTF (Direct to film) is similar to DTG however is printed onto a film and then heat pressed onto the garment. Great for short runs, football kit sponsor logo’s etc.
This process is also an eco-friendly water-based, non-toxic inks that also reduces water consumption and will work of all garment including high vis jackets etc. Plus we use British made Adkins heat presses. Nothing but the best to get the best results.
